Central SA in cold grip

--:--
Central South Africa will continue to experience cold conditions this weekend, with relatively warmer temperatures expected on Monday. Bloemfontein weather office forecaster Tumi Phatudi says those living in the extreme northeastern parts of the Free State, which include Vrede and Van Reenen’s pass, can expect thundershowers today. The rest of the Free State and North West will experience cloudy to partly cloudy conditions. Phatudi says the cold conditions are more intense in the Northern Cape, specifically at De Aar, which has had some light snow. The good news for most of central SA is that the cold front, which started Wednesday, will begin moving to the east and start clearing tomorrow. OFM News
