Pitbull owner Papie Mokoena on Bloemfontein mauling

The owner of the dog, which mauled a two-year-old child in Bloemfontein, former Mangaung mayor, Papie Mokoena, says his seven-month-old pit bull has not been aggressive. His dog mauled the little girl in Langenhoven Park yesterday morning when she apparently peered over the neighbour's fence and the animal pulled her over. She died on the scene.
