Stock Picks - Sappi and BHP Billiton

--:--
Ricus Reeders from PSG Wealth chose Sappi as his stock pick of the day , they came out with their results and it was interesting that the one sector that did well in that results update was speciality packaging but taking a longer term view on the industry, speciality packings is going to become mainstream packaging says Rheeders.

Paul Chakaduka from GT247.com chose BHP Billiton as his stock pick of the day, they've realised over the last two years where their real strength is and they decided to cut down the number of business operations that they have. They have sold of some of their gas operations overseas. They are potentially going to do a share buyback and not necessary pay dividend out to shareholders. They seem to be resizing and reshaping the business and it's going to become a much leaner and more agile business. From the look of things right now, they should have better margins coming for the business especially on the iron-ore side of it. It's a great business technically it could potentially be breaking higher and we might see a new high for the year
