OFM News spoke to a couple tenants who choose to remain anonymous. One lady says the Brandwag flats have become a dangerous place to live, where drug lords have illegally occupied empty flats to do their business. Meanwhile she says she has also witnessed prostitution that takes place here, as well as other criminal activity that take place at these flats.
