A agricultural leader says tomorrow's State of the Nation Address will be the most important one yet.

Agri SA says the worsening drought conditions have devastated agricultural production - threatening people's livelihoods and scaring away investors.

The organisation's president, Johannes Moller says the survival of the sector to maintain a food production base in the country is critical, and they need to hear from Zuma about how exactly government will ensure this.

Zuma will deliver his State of the Nation Address in the National Assembly tomorrow.
