Malema says Sona won't be business as usual

EFF leader Julius Malema has declared that the State of the Nation Address next week will not be business as usual.

Speaking at the party's annual plenum in Benoni today, Malema said the EFF will not stay quiet during President Jacob Zuma’s address.

Slindelo Masikane reports.

During last year’s speech, EFF MPs raised points of order to ask when Zuma would “pay back the money” spent on renovations to his Nkandla homestead. They were eventually thrown out of the National Assembly.

Zuma will deliver his speech on Thursday.
