Canadian small business confidence has fallen to a three-year low, with rising costs, shrinking revenues and economic uncertainty putting increasing pressure on owners. A new Zensurance survey finds nearly half have considered closing permanently this year, while in Manitoba and Saskatchewan that number rises to 54 per cent!
