South Africa's next generation of culinary stars is preparing to take on the world. The South African Chefs Association has officially unveiled the Junior Team Masakhane Training Squad, a group of ten talented young chefs selected from across the country to begin their journey to the 2026 Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. After a highly competitive selection process, these aspiring chefs will undergo intensive training to sharpen their skills before representing South Africa on one of the world's biggest culinary stages. One of those talented young chefs is Unami Binda from Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff and Capsicum Culinary Studio, who joins us now on Street Shoutout.
