Today on the show we speak to the CEO and founder of Refreshi, Jakob Holbak. Refreshi is a South African digital platform and mobile app that connects surplus food from supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and similar outlets to consumers at heavily discounted prices, mainly through surprise bags. Refreshi’s main goal is to stop perfectly good surplus food from ending up in landfills.
