The Lord wants to restore your hope and vigour.
He will renew you day by day.
He promises to renew the strength of those who trust in Him.

Prayer: Lord, thank You that I can trust in You to renew my strength and to empower me. Give me the strength to face the challenges of life with the strength and power that only comes from You. Amen.
