For many families, these basketball hoops on the road are a symbol of summer, kids getting outside, staying active and making friends! But for Hailey Hamoline and other concerned residents in Saskatoon's Rosewood neighbourhood, they've received a bylaw notice ordering them to remove the hoops from the street.
