Earlier this month, the Bail and Sentencing Reform Act was passed, with a promise from the federal government that this would strengthen the Criminal Code. The sweeping reforms are set to make bail laws stricter and sentencing laws tougher for repeat and violent offenders. To talk more about these changes, Evan is joined by Tom Stamatakis, President of the Canadian Police Association and Patrick Nogier, Prince Albert Chief of Police and President of the Saskatchewan Association of Chiefs of Police, for another installment of the Round Table of Justice.
