Information Services Corporation (ISC), the Regina-based company that runs the backbone systems for Saskatchewan’s land titles, corporate registry, and other essential public records, has been sold in a $1.2-billion deal to a Quebec-based infrastructure fund. Some critics say the deal gives up a steady public revenue source in exchange for a one-time payout.
