RI60: LCF & DA in Lekwa weighs in on the lengthy period of the Acting Municipal

This comes as the MEC of Coghsta Speed Mashilo conferred correspondence to the request of the Speaker to have the Acting Municipal Manager ,Mr SM Jiyane extension in the acting position.

MEC Mashilo in his letter reference the Municipal System Act that it does not empower his office to extend beyond the Stipulated (6) Months
