We've all heard horror stories of aggressive, off-leash dogs, but one municipality is trying to address this. The City of Regina is taking a closer look at its animal bylaws, proposing leash requirements in public spaces. Advocates say this is a good start, but it's not enough. Lisa Koch, Regina Humane Society Executive Director, joins the show to share her perspective and what challenges she believes still need to be addressed.
