The Importance of Laughter in Relationships

Loading player...
One of the most underrated strengths in a relationship is the ability to laugh together.
Not just when everything is going perfectly…

When plans fall apart.
When something goes wrong.
When one of you does something completely ridiculous.

It keeps the relationship feeling light, connected, and safe — even during stressful seasons.
Sometimes love looks like deep conversations and serious support.
And sometimes it looks like two people laughing in the kitchen because dinner went terribly wrong.
