Rovers FC is part of a growing movement that prioritises grassroots football, starting with children as young as six years old, at a time when access, proper coaching and development pathways remain uneven across the country.

The club’s approach goes beyond competition, placing emphasis on discipline, skills development, and nurturing a long-term love for the game.
