S03 #159 Future Fit Networking Events - Preparing for Africa's Rise

Conscious LeadHERS, in partnership with Edelman Africa and Solid Gold Podcasts, hosted the launch of the Future Fit Networking events, a live podcast and networking experience exploring how Africa can move from pawn to grandmaster in the age of AI.

In a room full of leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers, host Carmen Murray unpacked her Authentic Intelligence framework and the seven intelligences we need to build a future we actually want to inherit. Together with a powerhouse panel, the conversation moved from adaptability and AI, to trust, privilege, the future of work, and the rise of the solutionist movement in Africa.

The session combined short keynotes, an honest, unscripted panel discussion, audience Q&A, and intentional networking, all recorded live for the Conscious LeadHERS podcast so that the ideas in the room can ripple far beyond it.
