This week, a B.C. ostrich farmer has been fighting back against an order to cull his flock -- about 400 birds, in total -- due to an outbreak of avian flu late last year. Canada's highest court has repeatedly affirmed the lawfulness of the cull order by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
