Studies have shown a decline in sleep duration for children over the past century, with the most significant decreases occurring on school days, among older children, and for boys. Jones Netshipise and Mpho Mashita talk to Dr Alison Bentley, a Medical Doctor at the Restonic Ezintsha Sleep Clinic about what this decline in sleeping hours for children can be attributed to and what parents can do to help their children.
