Proverbs 15:13 (Amplified Bible)
‘A heart full of joy and goodness makes a cheerful face, but when a heart is full of sadness the spirit is crushed.’

What we allow our hearts to be full of, determines the course of our lives.
What is happening in our hearts can often be seen on our faces.
We will experience sadness, but joy should be our ultimate choice.
The Lord wants to come and exchange the sadness with His joy.

Let's Pray...
Lord, thank You that my heart can be filled with Your joy. Sometimes my heart does get overwhelmed, but right now I give You those things that concern me and I ask You to fill me with Your joy!
