A major meeting between the U.S. and Russia this week noticeably lacked Ukraine's presence, despite the meeting's purpose to negotiate the end of the war between Ukraine and Russia. The meeting also seemed devoid of some crucial truths in discussions between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian president, Vladimir Putin.
