Dave Lavery, known as "Canadian Dave" is missing, reportedly taken by the Taliban. Phil Gurski, former senior strategic analyst at the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) specializing in Al Qaeda and Islamic State-inspired terrorism, joins Evan to discuss the alleged kidnapping.
