New data from a Canadian think tank is suggesting more than 3.2 million Canadians are waiting for a surgery, diagnostic scan or specialist appointment in the country -- and, in fact, that number may be much higher. The Canadian Legion has named this year's National Silver Cross Mother - Maureen Anderson. The New Brunswick mother understands sacrifice.
