The 16th to the 20th of September is seen as National Wills Week in South Africa and the Law Society of South Africa, in partnership with several law firms, open their offices to encourage South Africans to draft their wills pro bono. This afternoon, Kgosi got in conversation with Baisteng Rangata of BR Rangata Attorneys to emphasize the importance of having a will, how to ensure that it is current, and where one can go to take advantage of the National Wills Week in drafting a will.
