In this episode, I look at starting over. The resilience, challenges and joys of your first year of varsity. Imagine you are in Grade 12, the peak of your power, you are at the top of the food chain and feeling ready to take on the world. Fast forward 12 months and you enter the gates of your varsity at the very bottom. A new environment, a new set of rules and a new group of people who are more comfortable and familiar with this place than you are. This is partly the story of my guest today.
