The Supreme Court of Canada is refusing to hear the appeal from families of two of Paul Bernardo's victims who are requesting access to documentation about the serial killer. The CSC and Parole Board maintain that Bernardo's privacy rights would be violated if this information was shared. Tim Danson, lawyer for the French and Mahaffy families, joins Evan to discuss the situation.
