The Saskatchewan Government has referred the federal oil and gas emissions cap and federal 'Methane 75' regulations -- announced by the federal government at COP28 in December last year -- to the Saskatchewan Economic Impact Assessment Tribunal to assess the impacts they could have on the province's economy. Saskatchewan's minister of justice and Attorney General, Bronwyn Eyre, joins Evan to share what that means and why the province has taken this step.
