Ekurhuleni ANC disappointed in council speaker for not maintaining decorum after last week's brawl

ANC regional task team co-ordinator in Ekurhuleni Jongizizwe Dlabathi has expressed his disappointment in the speaker of the Ekurhuleni council Nthabiseng Tshivhenga. This comes after a fight broke out in council chambers last week during the sitting called to debate an ActionSA motion of no confidence in Ekurhuleni mayor Sivuyile Ngodwana.  Objects were thrown around and a water bottle landed on Tshivhenga, who left the building.Briefing the media on Tuesday, Dlabathi said the speaker didn't use her authority and responsibility to preserve decorum in the council.
