Saskatchewan teachers - and students - seem to have enough impeding learning in classrooms in the province. But what about the distraction that cell phones and that ever-changing technology poses? In Quebec, students now cannot use their phones in class anymore. Corinne Payne is a member of a parent group in that province and joins Evan to speak about how that rule change has been going more than a month after being introduced.
