The Department of Basic Education has confirmed that Grade 12 pupils who fail all their matric exams cannot repeat at the school they attended because schools have no capacity to accommodate them. This is as we countdown to the official release of the matric results, Mpho Mashita and Complexion talk to Dr Sandy Malapile, the Director of the Second Chance Matric Support Programme in the Department of Basic Education about what options are available for learners who did not make it.
