The Evan Bray Show - Judson Christopherson - January 11th, 2024

A graduate student at the University of Saskatchewan is investigating the levels of carbon emissions from the forage production process to figure out how it is affecting our economy and the environment. Judson Christopherson is hoping to determine the carbon cost of cattle forage production -- a process that requires many healthy plants to feed cattle to raise a healthy herd -- so that better policies can be made to support beef producers in their industry. He joins Evan to talk about his research and what it could mean for Saskatchewan producers.
