Mastering Chess with Yashil Modi

--:--
Yashil Modi was awarded FIDE Master status when he was just eight years old. From Grade 8 to 12 he was St John's first chess player, and in his entire high school career he only lost one match (back in Grade 8).

Now having just finished writing his final matric exams, Yashil sits down with Alex to discuss chess, how he improves his mental stamina and what the future holds for such a gifted player.

To show off Yashil's prowess, Alex challenges him to a match. The catch is that Yashil is blindfolded. The objective is simply to see how quickly Alex will be crushed (as someone who barely knows where the pieces go).

Alex gets his revenge later on when he puts Yashil to the test with the Quiz.
