“Chiefs and Pirates Must Learn From Sundowns”

Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs faced off once again in the Soweto Derby with the Buccaneers going into the match as favourites considering the turmoil which Chiefs are going through. Multiple changes of coaches and technical teams, lack of will up front, and lacklustre defenders proved too much for Chiefs as Pirates won thanks to a single goal by Evidence Makgopa. Kaizer Chiefs need to go back to the drawing board if they wish to turn things around.

Mamelodi Sundowns became the first-ever champions of the African Football League (AFL) after they overcame a 1-goal deficit against Wydad Casablanca. Rulani Mokwena and his team showed their class by beating the Moroccan giants 2-0 on the day, and 3-2 on aggregate. Sundowns have now bagged a cool $4 million which will only mean one thing - Sundowns will get better and better.
