Prof Mdwaba is the founder, President, and CEO of Tzoro IBC which is an investment and strategic business consultancy and the Chairman of #Productivity South Africa. He is the co-founder of #SANA (South African #Norwegian Association) and its Chairperson as well.
He previously held the positions of Vice President of #Busa (Business Unity South Africa) and the IOE Vice President to the ILO (International Labour Organisation).
Mthunzi has a B.A. and an LLB from the University of Witwatersrand. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at the University of the Western Cape focusing mainly on the Future of Work issues as well as Human Rights and Responsible #Business Conduct.
