Kindness following a tragic accident on Christmas Eve
--:--
This week, Jane and Paul spend time talking with Jaci Mun-Gavin almost one year after daughter, Kiara's horrific head injury in a freak accident in Durban North on Christmas Eve. The aspirant ballet dancer needed brain surgery and was placed in an induced coma. Swelling on Kiara's brain led doctors to expect the worst possible outcome and part of her skull had to be removed. However, Kiara not only survived, but has been able to walk again and has not suffered any permanent brain damage. In this podcast episode, Jaci talks about Kiara’s accident, her amazing recovery, and how kindness comes in different shapes and sizes on the journey of healing. Website
