As part of conversations during women's month, Nghamula Chauke tackles the questions of sex for jobs, which has been a phenomenon that's known to mostly affect women, but does it only affect women or it's across the gender?
It has been said that women face challenges when seeking to climb the corporate ladder. In some instances, women are accused of having slept their way into employment or promotions. Human Resources expert from Synergy HR Consulting and Recruitment, Hunadi Matlala says it is not only women but even men can be asked to have sex with possible employers or recruiters. However, there are also policies to protect employees from being abused.
