Cultivating JOY!
--:--
Lisa here; I chose "JOY" as the first topic for this first season (Demystifying Wellness) of our podcast because I fundamentally believe it is the substrate to every wellness, fitness, or health transformation journey... in fact, it's the foundation for a life of WHOLENESS!
Without joy, your overcoming, mastering of self, and attempts at discipline are flawed and everything is just SO much more difficult. We often overlook "joy" but I've seen so many of my clients fall short because they did not start here. Joy is not something you instantly attain, it's a continuous cultivation via mindset management, mindful practices, and various other areas of continual orchestration.
In this episode, I share my personal views, my personal actions and habits, and hopefully demystifies and empowers all of you to find your JOY! This episode is just over 2 hours long but it's because I wanted to pour my heart out COMPLETELY regarding this topic. I pray you will all take it in and my hope is that you all find it and continually cultivate, harvest, (re)plant and reap the most beautiful fruits of... YOUR JOY!
