The latest in Royal AM case with lawyer Leruma Thobejane-Royal

This case gets interesting week by week I can tell you that. And I'm pretty sure it's nerve wrecking times for everyone involved, especially for the club and player. Latest developments? Well it's not looking too good for Royal AM because the Court of Arbitration for Sport [CAS] have thrown out their application to have their FIFA sanction overturned.
You'll remember last month, FIFA put out a transfer ban to the Durban outfit after they failed to pay an amount of R12-million owed to former striker Samir Nurkovic, whose contract they had terminated prematurely. But Royal AM then submitted an appeal to CAS and surprisingly claimed the order to prohibit them from registering players had been lifted, though opposing attorney Davor Lazic argued the contrary.
