My guest on People of Note this week is LOUBIE RUSCH who is a food system entrepreneur and who aims to develop the production of indigenous plants and to teach consumers how to use them. Her project is called Making KOS and because there are virtually no indigenous ingredients available to buy she is exploring ways to achieve more widespread growing of this kind of food.
