President Cyril Ramaphosa has apologised to the community of Hammanskraal for the government's failure to provide clean water. Ramaphosa visited the area, north of Pretoria, on Thursday after a cholera outbreak in the area claimed 23 lives. Speaking to residents, Ramaphosa says they are sorry it took deaths for them to provide a basic human right and address longstanding water concerns in the area.
