A 40-year-old ANC Councillor in the Northwest face’s charges of statutory
rape and crimen injuria after he allegedly sexually assaulted two teenage
boys.
The councillor who cannot be named to protect his victims was handcuffed
following an investigation by the Klerksdorp Family Violence, Child Protection
and Sexual Offences Unit.
