Hypnotherapist Vanessa Baragwanath practises part-time from Milnerton in Cape Town. In this chat with Hendrik, she chats about how her journey into hypnosis started with opening a book and finding a message in it that inspired her.
She explains how she studied hypnosis and other modalities, which she combines when working with people who come to see her. She says she mostly deals with self-esteem issues and talk about how the facilitates emotional and physical journeys.
She has various examples of how she deals with clients and how she approaches her responsibility towards them so as to guide them to change.
