"The Problems Are The Supporters And Development"

--:--
Lyle Foster singing for Burnley Football Club in the English Championship has brought an immense amount of joy to Mzansi. Foster's deal, reportedly worth €10 million, will last for 4.5 years with the youngster hoping to help guide Burnley back into the English Premier League (EPL). Burnley has shown confidence in the 22-year-old and together they are hoping that goals will be aplenty.

Foster's move has also got Mzansi thinking: "Why do so few South Africans make it to Europe?" Many fans have suggested that the development structure in South Africa is not of a higher enough standard, and some have even suggested that the supporters are to blame, by saying "When players are in Europe, we flood their social media which puts pressure on the boys." South Africa will be watching Foster's movements closely with the hope of getting to see him in action, in the EPL.

On the latest episode of the Fan Reaction Show, Mzansi reacts to Lyle Foster making headway in Europe, by signing for English outfit Burnley FC. The fans have commented as to why so few South Africans 'make it to Europe and what issues need to be resolved for more local players to head abroad.
