Tsholanang Chats to Cerenity Music: Who They Are & Their Music

Cerenity is an urban contemporary gospel group which consists of 5 saved young ladies named Zinhle, Buhle, Amahle, Sihle and the youngest Lihle. They are well known for their creative Acapella arrangements of common songs that we all know and love such as Siyakudumisa Thixo and Jerusalem.
They are passionate to fulfill their goal of making God famous in our generation. Serenity means a state of being calm and at peace but they have replaced the first letter with a ‘C’ which represents Christ because it’s only in Christ that we
are kept serene.
The ladies are blessed with the talent of writing and composing music. They released their debut album, Heaven’s level in May 2019 which they launched with a show called level up on the 22 June 2019. Their latest single, Dwala Lami topped the iTunes gospel charts when they released it on the 8th October 2020.
