'We can't have a government that reacts': says ANCYL member on Enyobeni tavern tragedy

Community members, families and friends gathered on Tuesday for a community meeting and candlelit vigil in Scenery Park in East London after the tragic death of 21 teenagers at the Enyobeni tavern on Sunday. ANCYL members called on the government to take action by ensuring the youth are given conducive environments for development so that such tragedies could be avoided.
