Joy is a Choice Purposefully Made
There are differences between joy and happiness. But what are they?
The pandemic took a lot out of all of us. But what we also learned is that we are so much more self-sufficient than we think, we can do with so little because most of the time all we need is already within.
In this episode, and with the help of our Limitless Conversations tribe, we shared experiences and discussed some of the various forms in which we adapted and found ways to take back OUR joy in truly difficult times. We take a small journey and discuss the differences between happiness and joy - fundamentally we land on the conclusion that it is possible to feel joy in difficult times.
