Gender roles in society

Yes, its 2021 and this is still a topic to discuss following 4 ladies from Pietermaritzburg taking matters into their own hands. Having noticed the poor service delivery from their municipality, Sindi Luthuli, Ntombi Nkabini, Ntokozo Madlala and Gugu Kunene decided to fix the neighborhood’s potholes and clean blocked drains in their township of Imbali. This, according to society, is a ‘man’s job’ but these ladies have gone against societal norms which begs the question, are gender roles important in society or are they a complete bust? Lost and Never Found

Paris is home to a 5000 square-foot lost and found department known as The Bureau of Found Objects which houses unclaimed items found in the city’s airport, buses and even streets for over 200 years. Some of the objects reported to have been found are not your normal bags, umbrellas or jackets but, in this museum, you can find weird objects like prosthetic legs, a wedding dress with matching shoes and even a live lobster. Mike V squares-off against a table tennis superstar
