First graduation ceremony for Sol Plaatje University

Today marks the first graduation ceremony for the recently opened Sol Plaatje University in Kimberley.

Students will receive their qualification in Heritage Studies at the ceremony at campus hall.

Thato Mocumi, who will receive a higher certificate today, says he will continue his studies and aims to achieve a B.A Heritage Studies degree.

Vice Chancellor, Professor Yunus Ballim will lead the graduation ceremony procession.
