The murder case related to the VBS saga against a 27-year-old man has been postponed to the 30th of April at the Thohoyandou magistrate's court in Limpopo today. Thabo Sibanze is accused of killing Ronald Mani who was SAMWU leader in the Vhembe district municipality. Mani was against public money being invested into the VBS Mutual Bank. Vhembe district municipality lost more than 300-million rand in the defunct VBS mutual bank. Michael Makungo reports...

(Sibanze made his first court appearance for this year, today. When the matter proceeded the court asked Sibanze if he has a lawyer representing him. Sabanze told the court that he does not have lawyer and he does not need a lawyer to represent him. The court then postponed the matter to the 30th of April. This after director of public prosecution-DPP gave police instructions to finalize investigations. Sibanze has been remanded in custody.)
